Pito Community Guidelines

Pito is a place for Kurdish players to play, talk and share. These guidelines apply everywhere in Pito — chat, game chat, voice, Spotlight stories, posts and comments, usernames, bios, profile pictures, friend codes, stickers, drawings and custom words — and they form part of our Terms of Service. Breaking them can get content removed and Accounts restricted or banned.

Be kind, keep it clean, keep children safe, and play fair.

Serious violations — anything that sexualises or endangers a child, threats of violence, or deliberate, repeated abuse — can lead to a permanent ban of the Account and the device without warning.

Respect everyone

  • No harassment, bullying, insults, threats or intimidation — in public or in private.
  • No hate: do not attack or mock people for their ethnicity, nationality, religion, dialect, region, gender, disability or appearance.
  • No mocking victims of tragedies, and no encouraging others to pile on someone.
  • Disagree about a game or a post without making it personal.

Keep it clean

  • No nudity, sexual content, sexual comments, or sexual requests — in any photo, sticker, drawing, story, post, comment, message or username.
  • No swearing or crude language in public places such as Spotlight, usernames and bios. Our filters block many words in Sorani, Badini and other languages; do not try to get around them.
  • No gore, graphic violence or cruelty to animals.

Protect children

  • Zero tolerance for anything that sexualises a child, including drawn, edited or AI-generated material.
  • Never ask a young player for photos, personal details or secrecy, and never try to meet them.
  • No sexual conversation with, or sexual content sent to, anyone under 18.
  • Report it with «مەترسی بۆ منداڵان» (Child safety). See our Child Safety Standards.

No dangerous content

  • No encouraging self-harm or suicide. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services.
  • No terrorism, violent extremism or glorifying violence.
  • No selling or promoting drugs, weapons or anything illegal.

Respect privacy

  • Do not post photos or videos of other people without their permission — and for anyone under 18, without their parent's or guardian's permission.
  • Do not share anyone's private information, such as a phone number, address, school or private messages.
  • Do not share screenshots of private chats to embarrass or shame someone.

Be honest

  • Do not pretend to be another person, a famous account, or Pito staff.
  • Give your real date of birth — Pito uses it to protect players.
  • No scams, fake giveaways, phishing links, or asking anyone for their password or sign-in.
  • Do not create new Accounts to get around a ban or restriction.

No spam, no trading

  • No spam, repeated messages, chain messages or advertising.
  • Do not buy, sell or trade Accounts, Pito Coins, gifts, friend codes, likes or followers — inside or outside Pito.
  • No “gift me and I'll …” deals, and no giveaways or contests of your own using Pito.

Play fair

  • No cheating, bots, engine help, exploiting bugs, farming or win-trading.
  • Do not leave matches on purpose to dodge a loss.
  • In وێنەکەم, draw pictures only — no letters, words or answers on the canvas.
  • Only post content you own or have permission to use.

Spotlight's four rules

Before your first Spotlight post, the App asks you to agree to these rules:

How we enforce

  • Automated word filters, image checks on our own servers, and digital fingerprints of removed images.
  • Reports from players. Content that several people report, or that is reported as a child-safety concern, can be hidden straight away until it is reviewed.
  • Review by the Pito team.
  • Depending on how serious and repeated a violation is: removing content, limiting features, removing rewards or ratings, a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban of the Account and device.

Report, block, appeal

  • Report: open the menu on the account, message, post, story, comment, sticker or drawing and choose Report. The reported person is never told who reported them.
  • Block: blocking someone stops them from contacting you.
  • Appeal: if you think we made a mistake, email pito@pito.games within 30 days with your friend code.
  • Emergency: if someone is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
