These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "the user") and the developer and operator of the Pito application ("Pito", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account on, or otherwise using Pito ("the App" or "the Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your electronic acceptance — by tapping "I agree", creating an account, or continuing to use the App — forms a valid and enforceable contract under the Iraqi Civil Code No. 40 of 1951 and applicable law. The App is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages; if you are under 18, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
These Terms apply to every user of the App — with or without an account — and to all of its games and features. By accessing or using the App you also accept our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may publish additional rules or guidelines for particular features; where they apply, they form part of these Terms. You agree that acceptance by electronic means — such as tapping a button or continuing to use the App — is legally binding and has the same effect as a handwritten signature under applicable Iraqi law. If you use the App on behalf of or for the benefit of another person, such as a child you supervise, you are responsible for their compliance with these Terms.

Pito is a Kurdish multi-game app with 16 games:
The App also features virtual currencies, an optional premium currency (Pito Coins) and membership (Pito Plus), cosmetic items and gifting, a global leaderboard, in-app chat with text and disappearing media messages, a friends system with streaks, hints, customizable themes, daily rewards, streak bonuses, and optional content updates. Most games work fully offline; online multiplayer (Tawla, Okey, Domino, Aznif) and chat require an internet connection and a Pito account.
Accounts are optional. You can create one using Google or Apple Sign-In for:
Usernames and profile pictures must be appropriate. Offensive, racist, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate usernames are not allowed, and the same applies to profile pictures. Using an inappropriate username or profile picture is a serious violation and may result in your account being permanently banned immediately, without prior warning. Instagram usernames, if provided, are displayed publicly on your player profile. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates this policy.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and device secure and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Notify us immediately at pito@pito.games of any unauthorized use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account.
Pito uses three virtual currencies and one cumulative score:
Coins (main game): Earned by winning, daily rewards (+20), sharing (+25), streak bonuses (+8 to +30), and watching optional ads (+40). Used to purchase hints, boosters, and upgrades.
Stars (Pito Word + Stacking): Earned by winning Pito Word rounds. Used to purchase Stacking tower themes (0 to 600 stars).
Suns (Helo game): Earned through gameplay and daily bonuses. Used to purchase eagle skins (0 to 2,200 suns).
Solitaire Bankroll (Solitaire game): Klondike Vegas scoring uses a cumulative bankroll that persists between games and can be positive or negative. Starting a new deal costs 52 points; each card moved to a foundation earns 5 points. The bankroll is for personal play history only - it is not redeemable and has no monetary value.
Coins, stars, suns, the Solitaire bankroll, and all gameplay scores have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are lost when the app is uninstalled (or when an online account is deleted).
In addition to these free currencies, the App offers Pito Coins — a premium virtual currency that may be purchased with real money through the App Store. Pito Coins and any items bought with them are governed by Section 7 (Virtual Currency & Commerce) below. Pito Coins also have no real-world or cash value.
Some parts of the App can be bought with in-game currency earned through gameplay, and some can be bought with real money. This section governs all purchases, Pito Coins, Pito Plus, gifting, and refunds.
In-game-currency store. The in-game store lets you spend currency earned through gameplay — for example: Hint Cost Reduction (100 coins, halves hint price), Stars Booster (400 coins, +10 stars per win), Coin Booster (250 coins, +25% more coins per win), Stacking tower themes (0 to 600 stars), and Helo eagle skins (0 to 2,200 suns). These purchases involve no real money.
Pito Coins (premium currency). Pito Coins are a premium virtual currency that you may buy with real money through the App Store, and that you may also earn, be gifted, or be granted within the App. You may spend Pito Coins on Pito Plus, cosmetic items (such as profile frames, name styles, and backgrounds), and other digital goods we make available. You acknowledge and agree that:
Pito Plus membership. Pito Plus is an optional premium membership purchased with Pito Coins for a fixed period (for example, a number of months). While active, Pito Plus may include benefits such as a verified badge, premium themes and dark mode, exclusive cosmetics, an ad-free experience, shared chat wallpaper, and other perks we describe in the App. The exact benefits may change over time. Pito Plus does not auto-renew through a real-money subscription; when the period ends, premium benefits stop and any locked features revert until you renew. Pito Plus is a licence to use these benefits for the period purchased, not a sale of goods.
Gifting and gift codes. Where offered, you may use Pito Coins to send a gift (such as Pito Plus or cosmetics) to another user, including by gifting to a friend at the same time as buying for yourself. The Pito Coins are debited when you send the gift; gifts, once sent and accepted, are generally final and non-refundable. We may also issue gift or voucher codes that can be redeemed in the App for Pito Coins or other items. Codes are limited, may carry per-user or total redemption limits, may expire, and have no cash value; we may void codes that are obtained or used fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these Terms.
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google. All real-money purchases (including purchases of Pito Coins) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. Those purchases are also subject to Apple's or Google's terms, payment policies, and refund rules, and you authorise the relevant store to charge your selected payment method. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Refunds. Pito Coins, Pito Plus, and items bought with them are generally non-refundable once purchased or used, except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory law (for example, consumer-law rights that cannot be waived). Because purchases are handled by the App Store, refund requests for real-money purchases must be made through Apple or Google: on iOS via reportaproblem.apple.com, and on Android through the Google Play Store's purchase history or Google Play support. If you believe you are entitled to a refund and cannot resolve it through the store, contact us at pito@pito.games.
Fair play and Virtual Items. Acquiring, using, gifting, or accumulating Virtual Items must be done honestly and within the App as intended. Cheating, fraud, chargeback abuse, exploiting bugs, automated farming, win-trading, or other abuse may result in the loss or removal of Virtual Items, Pito Coins, Pito Plus, ranking or standing, or in suspension or termination of your Account — without refund. See Section 15 (Fair Play & Anti-Cheat).
No resale or commercial exploitation. Virtual Items, Pito Coins, Pito Plus benefits, gift codes, and Accounts are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, resell, rent, lease, sub-license, distribute, advertise, broker, or otherwise commercially exploit them, or facilitate any of these, whether inside or outside the App. Any such transaction is void, and we may revoke the items and terminate the Accounts involved.
You are responsible for everything you upload, send, or display through the App.
Your ownership: You keep ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership of it.
Licence to operate the App: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable licence to host, store, copy, adapt for technical purposes (such as resizing or compression), transmit, and display that User Content — solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services. This licence ends when you delete the relevant User Content or your Account, except for (a) content already shared with others who have not deleted it, and (b) reasonable backup copies kept for a limited time or as required by law.
Your responsibility and promises: You are solely and fully responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it. You represent and warrant that:
Our rights: We are not obligated to monitor or pre-screen User Content, but we may, at our sole discretion and without notice, review, refuse, remove, restrict, or disable any User Content we believe breaches these Terms or the law, or that may expose us or others to liability. We act as a neutral host of User Content and are not its author.
Reporting: If you believe any User Content infringes your rights (including your image or privacy) or breaches these Terms, contact us at pito@pito.games and we will review it and, where appropriate, remove it.
Some information is public by design and is visible to other users of the App — and, in some cases, to anyone on the internet. This "Public Information" includes your username, profile picture (avatar), Instagram handle (if you add one), online or last-seen status, scores, achievements, and per-game ratings shown on public leaderboards and profiles.
You acknowledge and agree that:
By choosing to provide Public Information (for example, by setting a profile picture), you consent to its public display as described above and accept the related risks.

Pito includes a disappearing media feature that allows friends to exchange photos and short videos (up to 30 seconds). When the recipient closes the media viewer, that content is deleted from our servers right away:

Pito uses automated systems to detect cheating and ensure fair play across all games:
Play fairly and enjoy the games as intended. If you believe you were flagged in error, contact us.
Your casual game scores and per-game online ELO ratings (Tawla, Okey, Domino, Aznif) are publicly visible on leaderboards. Only your username, profile picture, scores, and ratings are shown. You must play fairly. Any form of cheating will result in score removal, leaderboard exclusion, or account deletion.
To protect the Pito community, and in addition to any other restriction in these Terms, you agree that you will not:
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending or permanently banning accounts, and cooperating with law-enforcement or legal authorities where required by law.
The App lets you interact with other users through chat, online multiplayer, friends, leaderboards, and profiles. You understand and agree that:
You use the App voluntarily and at your own risk. You acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in an online, social, multi-user application, including (without limitation): the exposure of your Public Information to others; the possibility that other users may view, copy, screenshot, or misuse content you make available; interactions or messages from other users that you may find objectionable; loss or corruption of data, scores, ratings, or Virtual Items; service interruptions; and reliance on third-party networks, devices, and services. You take full responsibility for your decisions to provide information, upload content, communicate with others, and use the features of the App.
Pito, and all intellectual property and copyright in it, are owned by Rozhyar Ali Kamal ("the owner") and protected under the Iraqi Copyright Protection Law No. 3 of 1971 (as amended) and applicable international copyright law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Protected rights include:
You may use the App for personal gameplay, take screenshots, and share results. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or create modified versions of the game or use its code in other projects. Violation of these intellectual-property rights may result in legal action.
Without an account, all data stays on your device. With an account, data is stored on Supabase (EU servers) with encryption. We do not display third-party advertisements and we do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details, including the legal bases on which we process data and how your Public Information is displayed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and all Services, content, and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components, that defects will be corrected, that any data, scores, or Virtual Items will be preserved or backed up, or that the App will meet your requirements. Any content you access through the App is obtained at your own discretion and risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the App creates any warranty not expressly stated here. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including the Iraqi Consumer Protection Law No. 1 of 2010.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pito, its operator, and our affiliates, service providers, and representatives, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise out of or relate to:
We may, at our own expense, assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with us in that defence. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
By you: You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, and you may delete your Account at any time in Settings.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your access or Account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, use the App unlawfully, behave harmfully toward others, or where we are required to do so by law.
Automatic: Your Account may be deleted after 2 years of complete inactivity.
On termination, all rights and licences granted to you end, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions intended to survive (see General Provisions) continue to apply. Local data on your device remains until you delete it.
We may update these Terms. We will notify users 30 days in advance of major changes through the app and by email (if available). Continued use after changes means acceptance.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations that results from events beyond our reasonable control ("force majeure"), including acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action or sanctions, power or internet outages, telecommunications or hosting failures, cyber-attacks, or the failure of any third-party provider. While such an event continues, our affected obligations are suspended.
Governing law: These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or the App (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws in force in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and the federal laws of the Republic of Iraq — including the Iraqi Civil Code No. 40 of 1951 — without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live outside Iraq, any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement remain unaffected.
Talk to us first: Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at pito@pito.games with a written description of your complaint and to allow us thirty (30) days to resolve it in good faith. Most issues can be solved this way.
Negotiation and mediation: If a dispute is not resolved within those 30 days, the parties will attempt in good faith to settle it through negotiation and, if needed, mediation in Erbil.
Jurisdiction: Subject to the above, the competent courts of Erbil (Hawler), Kurdistan Region of Iraq, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you submit to their jurisdiction. Where applicable law allows the parties to agree to arbitration, any unresolved dispute may, at our election, instead be referred to final and binding arbitration seated in Erbil and conducted in Kurdish or Arabic under applicable Iraqi arbitration law.
Time limit: To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after it arises; otherwise it is permanently barred.
Individual basis: To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you will not bring or join any class, collective, or representative action against us.
Severability: If any part of this section is unenforceable, the rest of this section and these Terms remain in effect, and the unenforceable part is replaced by an enforceable provision closest to the original intent. The Kurdish version of these Terms prevails in case of any conflict.
