Delete Account

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the Pito app on your device
2. Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner of the main menu
3. Scroll down to Account Settings
4. Tap "Delete Account" (in red at the bottom)
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered:

• Your profile (name, email, username, profile picture)
• Game statistics and scores
• Tawla ELO rating and match history
• Friends list and friend requests
• Leaderboard entries
• All uploaded images (profile pictures)
• Any remaining Pito Coins balance
• Pito Plus membership and remaining time
• Purchased cosmetics, frames, and other items

Purchases and your balance

Please note this before you continue: deleting your account permanently forfeits any remaining Pito Coins, any unused Pito Plus membership time, and any purchased cosmetics tied to your account.

These items are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, restored, or reactivated once your account is deleted. If you have an unused balance or active membership time, you may prefer to use it before deleting your account.

Data retention

Account deletion is immediate and permanent. No data is retained after deletion. There is no recovery period — once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be restored.
