Barricade
A race and a blockade at the same time. Get your pawn to the far side of the board before your opponent gets theirs — and spend a limited supply of walls to make their journey longer. Ranked 1v1 and 2v2 online, private rooms with a code, and offline play against a bot.
📖 How to Play
Choose Your Mode
Tap the Barricade card, then pick 1v1 or 2v2 ranked, a Private Room you join with a 5-character code, or an offline game against the bot.
Move or Place a Wall
On your turn you do exactly one of two things: move your pawn one square, or place one wall. You start with a fixed number of walls and once they are gone, all you can do is move.
You Can Never Seal Someone In
This is the rule that makes the game fair. A wall is illegal if it would leave any player with no route at all to their goal. You can make someone go the long way round; you can never trap them.
Jumping
If the two pawns end up face to face, you jump straight over your opponent. If a wall sits directly behind them, you go around them diagonally instead.
Reach the Other Side
The first player to reach any square on the opposite side wins. In 2v2 you and your partner share the goal, and a seat left empty by a player who quits is taken over by a bot so the game never dies.
