Setup

106 tiles (4 colours × 13 numbers × 2 copies + 2 false jokers) are shuffled among 4 players. The starting player gets 15 tiles; others get 14. An indicator tile is revealed — the joker is one number below it in the same colour.

Draw & Discard

On your turn, draw one tile from the centre pile or take the previous player's discard. Arrange your tiles into melds (runs of 3+ same-colour consecutive numbers, or sets of 3-4 same-number different colours). Then discard one tile to end your turn.

Open Your Melds

When your melds total 101+ points, place them on the table (مەلد). After opening, you can extend any table meld and discard freely. Jokers and false jokers count as the tile they replace.

Winning & Concan

Empty your hand to win. If you can form a 10-run + group of 3/4 all in your hand, declare Concan for bonus points and doubled penalties for opponents who haven't opened.
