Pitopoly Board Game

Pitopoly

A property board game on a board full of Kurdistan’s famous places. Everyone starts with 1,500: roll the dice, buy places from Shanidar Cave to Erbil Citadel, collect rent, build houses and hotels, and try to become the richest. Play ranked online with 2 to 4 players, open a room for up to 6 players with your friends, or play offline against bots or on one phone.

📖 How to Play

1

Pick How to Play

Tap the پیتۆپۆلی card. Choose یاری خێرا (Quick match) for a ranked game with 2 to 4 players, or ژوورێک دروست بکە (Create a room), چوونە ناو ژوور (Join a room) and بانگهێشتی هاوڕێ (Invite friends) to play with friends. Offline, play دژی ڕۆبۆت (Against bots) at three levels, or یەک مۆبایل (One phone) to share a single phone. The ? button teaches every rule in 17 short lessons on the real board.

2

Roll and Buy

On your turn, roll the dice: your piece moves round the board by the total of both. Stop on a place nobody owns and you can buy it — from then on, whoever stops there pays you rent. Tap هەراج (Auction) instead and everyone bids: the highest bid wins it, sometimes very cheaply. If both dice match, you roll again after moving, but three doubles in a row send you to jail.

3

Complete a Set and Build

Own every place of one colour and the whole set is yours: its rent doubles and you can build. Tap بنیاتنان (Build), then +. Houses go up evenly — one on every place before any gets a second — and each one raises the rent a lot. Four houses and one more make a hotel, the biggest rent in the game. Stations pay more the more of them you own, and Electricity and Water charge the dice total × 4, or × 10 if you own both.

4

GO, Cards and Jail

Every time you pass دەستپێک (GO) you collect 200. Tax squares take your money for the bank, and the چایخانە (Tea House) is just a place to rest. On بەخت (Chance) or گەنجینە (Treasure) you draw a card and do what it says. In jail you still collect rent but can’t move: pay 50, use a free card, or try for doubles — after the third try you must pay 50.

5

Debt, Trades and Bankruptcy

Short of money? Sell houses for half their price, or mortgage a place: you get half its price, but it earns no rent until you buy it back for that plus 10%. If even selling everything isn’t enough, you go bankrupt and you’re out — everything you have goes to whoever you owe. Tap ئاڵوگۆڕ (Trade) to swap places and money with other players, the best way to complete a set. Ranked games allow no gifts: each side must get back at least a quarter of what it gives.

6

Who Wins

In ئاسایی (Classic) mode, the last player who is not bankrupt wins. A ranked یاری خێرا (Quick match) also has a 30-minute limit: when time is up, the round in play is the last, and the richest player (cash + places + houses) wins. In خێرا (Speed) mode everyone gets 2 free places to start, and offline the richest wins after round 16. In a room, the host sets the mode, the length (30, 45 or 60 minutes, or no limit), the turn time, up to 6 players and auctions on or off — and games in a room with friends never change your rank.

Tip 💡: Trading is the quickest way to finish a colour set, and a full set doubles its rent before you build a single house. When an offer comes in, the scale shows who it favours.
Fair play: Leaving a ranked game in its first minute costs you your normal loss plus 15 points, and leaving at any point makes you bankrupt — your places go back to the bank. Finish your games — every finished game clears your record. Leaving a room with friends never counts against your record.
