Pito Word
A word guessing game in Sorani Kurdish. You have 6 attempts to guess the hidden word. After each guess, the tiles change color to show how close you are.
📖 How to Play
Start a Game
From the main menu, tap the Pito Word card. You'll see your stats: total stars, win streak, games won, and games lost. Tap دەستپێکردنی یاری (Start Game) for a new game, or بەردەوامبوون (Continue) to resume. You can also access the فرۆشگا (Store) and مێژوو (History).
See the Category
A popup shows the category of the hidden word (e.g. Animals, Food, Countries — 28 categories total). Tap دەستپێکردن (Start) to begin.
Type & Submit Your Guess
Use the Kurdish keyboard at the bottom to type letters. Fill all tiles in a row, then tap تەواو (Submit) — it turns green when ready. Use the red backspace button to delete letters.
Read the Colors
After submitting, each tile changes color:
The keyboard keys update with the same colors so you can track which letters you've used.
Keep Guessing
Use the color clues to narrow down the word. You have 6 attempts total (shown as 1/6, 2/6, etc.). Keep guessing until you find the word or run out.
Using Hints
Tap the lightbulb icon to reveal one correct letter in its position. Hints cost coins (8 for the first, 16 for the second, etc. — resets daily). Max hints = half the word length. A dialog shows: داوای یارمەتی (Request Hint). Tap بەڵێ، بەکاری بهێنە (Yes, use it) to confirm.
Giving Up
Tap the flag icon to give up. A dialog warns this counts as a loss and you'll lose 10 stars. Tap وازهێنان (Give Up) to quit, or بەردەوامبوون (Continue) to keep playing.
